Piezo open air transducers are constructed from piezo technology and are suitable for a wide range of measurement, detection, and sonar applications. Standard open types are available with frequencies to 28KHz through to 40KHz. Enclosed types are available from 28KHz through to 320KHz. The higher frequency types (typically 80KHz through to 320KHz) produce a very narrow beam which is suitable for accurate measurement and detection applications. To assist customers we can offer a range of accessories which includes ranging modules and ICs, matching transformers, and crystal tuning forks.
